Non-NHS Services
The Services listed below are what are known as NON-NHS items and may incur a private fee payable to the practice.
Due to limited resources, should you require a letter from the doctor you will need to complete the Information Request Form and bring to the surgery. You are also required to make payment before any private work is undertaken by our Admin and Secretary Team.
Private work can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.

It is not necessary to make an appointment with the Doctor to sign a form, complete a claim form or provide a certificate. Simply hand the form to a receptionist together with your payment who will pass your form to a Doctor for completion.
Please note:
All medicals are to be paid for in full at the time of booking by cash. If you cancel the appointment on the day or do not attend then a refund will not be given. If the appointment is cancelled before then a refund will be given if it has not been rebooked.
Occasionally if a report or medical etc. takes longer than expected, we reserve the right to charge more than the standard fees as listed above.
Not all Doctors provide the same above services. As it is private work it is at the discretion of each Doctor.
